1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using chatwithme.fun ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use chatwithme.fun. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Accounts discovered to belong to minors are terminated immediately, their data deleted, and — where applicable — reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or law enforcement. Users who knowingly assist a minor in accessing the Service are permanently banned.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each person may create only one account — creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently banned.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use chatwithme.fun to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post or share sexually explicit content involving minors
• Engage in human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or the recruitment, harboring, or solicitation of any person for such purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Service
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person

5. Zero Tolerance for CSAM, Exploitation & Trafficking

chatwithme.fun has absolute zero tolerance for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• The grooming, solicitation, or sexual exploitation of minors
• Human trafficking, forced labor, or commercial sexual exploitation
• Any use of the Service to recruit, advertise, solicit, coerce, harbor, or facilitate the trafficking or exploitation of any person

Accounts engaged in any of the above are permanently banned without warning. We are required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) to report apparent CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline, and we do so without exception. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and proactively contact authorities when we identify credible threats to any person's safety.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant chatwithme.fun a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for all content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.

We use automated tools to detect harmful content and reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Premium Subscriptions

chatwithme.fun offers a Premium subscription billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@chatwithme.fun within 7 days of a charge to request one.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Severe violations — including CSAM, child grooming, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and credible threats of violence — result in immediate permanent bans and are reported to NCMEC and/or law enforcement without exception.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, chatwithme.fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of chatwithme.fun after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
