Questions, answered
How many people can I chat with on the Free plan?
As many as you want! There is no daily limit on how many people you can message. On the Free plan, you can have up to 5 chats open at once — simply close an active chat (×) anytime to open a new one, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited open chats.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription in one click from Settings — no emails, no hoops. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
How does billing work?
Premium is billed monthly through Stripe, the same secure processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.
What happens to my rooms if I cancel?
Your account stays active on the free plan. Premium-only rooms become read-only, and you can re-upgrade anytime to unlock them again.
